Village at Western Oaks: home sales have remained strong in the Villages, with some of the consistently lowest times on market in Austin. Sellers are contributing an average of $2531 towards buyer’s closing costs, less than 1% of the average sales price.
Average pricing drops less than 1% to final list price, with sales price around 2% lower than that. The market is good, and the higher inventory now reflects the seasonality of home sales in our neighborhood where homes listed in July and August are proportionally more likely not to sell than homes listed in other months.
